The timeline for a website build varies on the complexity, the number of pages needed, and other factors dealing with functionality and type of site being built. Basic 4-5 page sites can typically be built in about 1-2 weeks assuming content is prepared and ready. Larger sites, such as real estate, typically take longer.

Our subscription based plans do require a minimum 12 month commitment. Once the 12 months is reached, the term switches to a month to month commitment.

For the first 12 months, you are leasing the site files from Plank Interactive and do not have ownership. Once the 12 month term has been reached, ownership of the files are yours and should you decide to move the site to another platform, you will be entitled to the files, supplied to you in a zip format.

We require the first month’s payment before beginning development on your site. Once this payment has been received, we will reach out to you to discuss your vision for your new site and come up with a game plan to begin construction.

Once deposit has been made and contract signed and agreed to, you are responsible for 12 months of payments. For example, if you decide to terminate the site after just 6 months, you would still be obligated to pay the remaining 6 months of the initial 12 month commitment.

Once you have decided which plan is suitable for the site you want developed, then click on the button to select the relevant plan and fill out the form and submit your first payment. Once the payment has been received, we will reach out to you to work up a game plan and acquire the needed content for the site and we go to work!
